Can i stop hair loss using creams

My hair is falling more n more daily, This is making me as bold head boy. I want to stop my hair loss right now but dont knew hot to stop the loss of my hair. you guys tell me can i stop hair loss using some costly creams. I havent used any cream yet, If used will i get any change in my hair loss.
