Automate Hair Growth - Needed Steps For More Hair Naturally

What if you could do just a few simple things that would allow you to automate hair growth without using any of those expensive hair loss treatments?

Sounds good right? Well it's possible but you have to know the specific routine for doing so. You won't find out how to do it from any of those hair loss manufacturing companies. Their goal is to get richer and richer while you endlessly purchase their goods in an effort to restore your hair.

So first you need to know what exactly is causing your hair to fall out. Assuming that it's genetics right off hand is a very bad decision. I once thought that I was losing my hair because of heredity. I looked at my father and saw that he lost hair just like me, but really there were "hidden factors" behind my thinning hair.

You can do the same thing. Some hidden factors behind hair loss are a lack of nutrients, low blood circulation, prescription medications, over or underactive thyroid condition, or just simply a build up of sebum on the scalp that clogs the follicles.

There are other aspects that can affect whether you're able to regrow hair or not, but these are some of your main causes. Heredity very little affects baldness the way you think it does.

So what you want to do first is target blood circulation. There is no way of being able to tell if you lack circulation in the scalp until you strive to increase it. The best way to go about doing this is to grab yourself some essential oils and start massaging them into the scalp daily.

Using jojoba, henna, rosemary, and even lavender oils will certain increase blood flow and send all the needed nutrients from your blood to your follicles. Just takes 15 minutes a day and soon you'll start seeing newer hairs budding.
